There is absolutely nothing that I can say bad about this hotel, I have stayed at every motel in the area and I can honestly say it will always get my business. The rooms are always clean, its conveniently located walking distance from a great restaurant. The owner Mike makes you feel welcomed as if you were part of the family. Caring, understanding, fair priced and just one exit away from down town. I love their jacuzzi room and so does the wife..I will recommend this place without thinking twice... 100% satisfied and I am positive that you will be too, you won't regret it.
Shannon does a really good job at keeping this Motel at a 5 star rating status. She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and when your there she will treat you like family. A warm inviting atmosphere and service with smile goes a long way these days. If your in Warsaw and need a room Shannon has you covered.
My husband and I took a trip last weekend to Warsaw to the lake there and we stayed here at Lake Hills Motel and it was such a great experience! ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS WRITTEN PREVIOUSLY WERE DURING THE OLD MANAGEMENT AS THEY HAVE NEW OWNERS...the new owners, Michael and Jessica were SUPER hospitable and made sure we were very well taken care of. Our room was clean, the bed and blankets were extremely comfortable and they were very accommodating and made sure our stay was comfortable. They are currently renovating several of the rooms so it will be nice to see this quaint little motel when it’s all finished. It’s a great price and in a great location near the lake. The owners were also helpful with restaurant recommendations and savvy about the area.
It was the perfect spot to rest our heads! After arriving in Warsaw at midnight during the state fair week, we were informed that our reservation at different motel was given to someone else, we were lucky enough to get a room at this charming motel. Very clean and comfortable.
Friendly management, nice clean rooms, close to Warsaw! We spent 2 nights with our dogs. Pet friendly, very accommodating. We had previously stayed here 10, maybe 12 years ago, so decided to go back. It's currently under new management and they're great people! Will definitely stay again!
A pleasant and friendly motel! Mike gave us a superb service at an affordable price. We were tired after a long bus trip from PA and found this hotel on Google maps. The room was cozy and the bathroom even had a small hot tub (very relaxing). The owners are very personable and cheerful. Thanks for the great stay!
